Orders placed with ground shipping usually arrive within 4-6 business days from the day the order was processed. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to be produced and shipped, regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S. For orders placed from outside the U.S. or expedited shipping which you chose at the checkout, shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipment notification. To check the delivery status of your order, click on the link in your shipment notification email.Â
